About the Loft

Recently renovated and redecorated, this modern mountain loft will be your home in the Sandstone Neighborhood of Vail with a great open feel. High ceilings and the south-facing windows provide lots of natural light and views of the slopes of Vail Resort.
The bistro table set on the balcony is great for relaxing with a drink or snack during the warmer months while looking out at Vail mountain.

THE BEDROOM is the upstairs loft:
Queen Bed with memory foam mattress
Views out to the slopes of Vail.
Hardwood floors

→ Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping down in the living room:
equivalent to a full-size bed (it’s as long as a queen, but as wide as a full; 80″x55″). This sleeper sofa is not like a typical pull-out couch; it’s actually quite comfortable, with no springs to cause pressure points. As a bed, it’s on the firm side, so I’ve provided a memory foam mattress topper, in case you prefer your bed to be a bit softer.

BATH
For a spa-like experience, the walk-in slate tile shower is equipped with a luxurious rain shower head.

KITCHEN
Let your inner chef out: the kitchen is equipped with a basic assortment of cooking tools: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, etc.

→ Coffee-Lovers: there is a Nespresso machine with aeroccino so that you can enjoy a nice espresso beverage in the morning with frothed milk. When I’m in town I keep a small assortment of coffee pods available, but if I’ve been gone for a while and many guests have stayed, I can’t guarantee that there will still be pods available, so bring your own if you have favorites (the machine takes the original style Nespresso pods).

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a TV hung on the wall, with a Roku attached, allowing you to sign into your personal Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Apple TV, and other streaming accounts or simply enjoy the free content on the Roku Channel.
Please note that there isn’t cable/satellite service here for traditional live TV, although some of the major networks do have streaming apps available on Roku (but who has time for TV when there’s so much to do outside!).
