Rental Policies

• Check-in time: 4 PM
• Check-out time: 11 AM
• No pets are allowed, per the bylaws of the condo association. No exceptions.
• No parties or events.
• Minimum age to rent is 21.
• No smoking of any kind in the condo. If you must smoke, go for a walk up the street, since smoking outside the building will still cause smoke to go into windows and doors of other units. Do not bring any smoking paraphernalia into the condo. Dispose of your cigarettes, cigars, bongs, etc. in the dumpster at the top of the driveway (NOT the trash cans in the condo). The smell of these items will get into the walls, furniture, carpets, etc. and is not easy to remove. If additional cleaning is required in order to remove smells, the costs will be charged to you (renter).
• Remove shoes, boots, etc. prior to entering the condo. There is a nice rack outside the condo to hang skis and a nook just inside the door for boots, bags, etc. Do not lean skis/snowboards against the wall! (it adds scuffs and scrapes off the paint) Please either store skis outside, in your vehicle, on the deck, carefully in the closet, or on the floor under the stairs.
• If you use the fireplace, you are expected to know how to safely and properly use a fireplace (open the flue before lighting a fire, close it after the fire is out). DO NOT leave a fire unattended. Be sure all flames and embers have completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving the loft. Finally, you must empty the fireplace after use. If the cleaners have to spend a lot of extra time on the fireplace, they will charge extra for their time and the cost will be passed on to you (renter).
• Only those guests included on the reservation may stay in the condo. If your group makeup should change after your reservation, immediately update the host.
• Quiet hours: since there are year-round residents living in this building who have to wake up for work in the morning, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. (This should go without saying, but I just to be clear…)
• Cancellation Policy:
  • If the reservation is canceled no later than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date: 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
  • If the reservation is canceled greater than 60 days prior to Check-in Date: 100% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the Check-in Date, no refunds will be given.
